The former of Hunan import and export group limited company is Hunan import and export company. It is national owned large-scale circulation enterprise. It holds the running right of export trade, goods changing trade, and the technology cooperation of external economy. It is mainly in charge of exported affairs, building entities such as chemical industry, light industry, clothes, art craft, estate, and tourism service and business transportation. There are 60 companies under the group with the total capital of 2,700,000,000 Yuan. It is one of the biggest large-scale foreign trade enterprises of the nation. The annual volume of export is nearly 200,000,000 USD, and it is the first in Hunan province.
In the new period, the Group Company realizes the break on the running of the capital with the close connection of the practice. It quickens the extension of low cost of the capital and develops a comprehensive large scale trans-system, trans-industry and trans-region enterprise group with the center of capital running, the major of industry enterprise, the base of agricultural enterprise, the bridge of foreign trade, and the supplement of the third enterprise. It makes efforts to get aim of the total capital of 3,000,000,000 Yuan, the debt of the capital under 50%, 350,000,000 USD as the total export volume, the income of the entities of 500,000,000 Yuan, and the profit of 50000000 Yuan by the end of this century.
