　　 Hunan registered accountant association is founded in 12th,May, 1993. In 5th, Nov. 1996, it formed a new Hunan registered accountant association with the combination of Hunan registered auditors association. The association after combination is a non-business institute belongs to financial department, and it is a self-discipline social group consisted by the registered accountant by the approvement of Hunan civil administration department. It is an industry organization which can carry part of the management under the entrust of government financial department and the law empower. Chinese registered accountant association and Hunan financial department supervise it. The aim of Hunan registered accountant association is: service, supervising, management, adjusting. The main duty for Hunan registered accountant association is: manage the registered accountant and agency by law, react the desire and demand of registered accountant and agency, play the role of bridge between government and registered accountant and agency. There are 230 member units and 1628 individual registered accountant and 4852 non-registered accountant in the registered accountant association. There are office, comprehensive management department, registering departments, exam and training departments, supervising department in the association. Their are21 persons in the secretary center.
