Import the foreign intelligence
By the end of
1999, there are 355 experts’ program imported, and 324 of them are carried
out. There are 210,000 person times of the invited foreign experts and 2674
training program abroad with 13,506 persons. That makes better economy benefit
and social benefit. And the pattern of importing foreign intelligence is founded,
and forms the unique characteristic of the importing foreign intelligence
in Hunan.
