Friendly city
　 In the work of local foreign affairs, Friendly City is the main channel of connecting the outside world. In 1982, Hunan began setting friendly cities with the equal level cities (provinces, prefectures, and counties) out of the country. By now, there are 5 pairs of provincial level, 22 of city level, and there are 6 pairs, which are under running. With the increasing of the channel of Friendly City, inviting and invited groups and the number of persons, the channel of Friendly City has become an important part of enlivening the local foreign affairs, and promoting the economy building of Hunan.
