斯科特·瓦特

　　斯科特·瓦特是伊利诺伊大学香槟校区图书馆副馆长，主管图书馆服务。他也是该校图书馆管理系和图书馆信息科学系的教授和教育政策、组织和高层管理系的兼职教授。斯科特获得了乔治城大学俄罗斯地区研究的硕士学位，美国大学的教育硕士学位，印第安纳大学的教育历史和哲学硕士学位，以及华盛顿州立大学高等教育管理的博士学位。斯科特还是印第安纳州立大学，华盛顿州立大学和堪萨斯大学教师和管理者教育项目的访问教授。从2003年起担任圣荷西州立大学图书馆信息科学系的兼职教授。

　　Scott Walter is Associate University Librarian for Services and Associate Dean of Libraries at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He holds faculty appointments at Illinois as Professor of Library Administration and Professor of Library & Information Science, and is an Affiliate member of the faculty of the Department of Education Policy, Organization and Leadership. Scott received his M.A. in Russian Area Studies from Georgetown University, his M.A. in Education from American University, his M.L.S. and M.S. in History & Philosophy of Education from Indiana University, and his Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration at Washington State University. Scott has held visiting faculty positions in teacher and administrator education programs at Indiana State University, Washington State University, and the University of Kansas, and has held an adjunct position in the San Jose State University School of Library & Information Science since 2003.
